I love Burlesques Designs' work. I copped the Chrome Children poster during the Stones Throw 10 Year Anniversary tour. At some point I'll get that and the P.O.S. Is Ruining My Life Tour poster framed. One day I'll get my hands on the @ it Again Tour poster. One of the best images ever made.
Unfortunately, the same elements people associate with Dr. Dre, a lot of people in general associate with Hip-Hop. Those being 40s and blunts. I don't smoke, and I don't have much of an issue with it, but it kinda bothers me that it's hard to go to shows without somebody in there blazing just because it's a rap show. How come nobody shoots up heroine at rock shows? Don't get it twisted, I love rock music. I'm just trying to make a point.
Bitch-ass Darius sounds like Richard D. James. He's got different names for different projects like Aphex Twin, AFX, Blue Calx, Bradley Strider, Caustic Window, and it keeps going from there.
Alicia, you can't knock the hustle on the names though. Sometimes you just get different names for different circles.
What people are making in North MPLS is what happens everywhere. People draw influence from whatever they listen to most.
i think, of all the religions i know little about, i think i know the least about judaism.
